Andrew oversees the company’s operations, client relationships and project delivery. With extensive experience in architectural metalwork, he works closely with clients, architects and contractors to ensure every project is delivered to the highest standard.
Mike prepares detailed quotations, cost plans and material take-offs, ensuring projects are accurately priced while maintaining commercial control throughout delivery.
Duan produces detailed fabrication drawings and technical models, transforming architectural concepts into accurate manufacturing information for the workshop and installation teams.
Tim manages site installations, coordinating labour, programme and quality to ensure projects are completed safely, efficiently and in line with technical specifications.
Paul operates our CNC plasma cutting and press brake machinery, producing precision-cut and folded components that form the foundation of our bespoke metalwork.
Mike oversees daily workshop operations, coordinating fabrication, quality control and production schedules to ensure every project meets CDC Engineering’s exacting standards.
Chris combines fabrication expertise with on-site installation and logistics, ensuring materials are delivered, assembled and installed efficiently while maintaining exceptional workmanship.
Mark specialises in precision fabrication and welding, manufacturing bespoke architectural metalwork using high-quality MIG and TIG welding techniques across a wide range of metals.
Sam manages the day-to-day administration of the business, coordinating project documentation, procurement, accounts support and client communications to keep projects running smoothly.
Inga manages CDC Engineering’s digital presence, including website development, SEO, project case studies, social media, photography, branding and IT support, helping showcase the company’s expertise to architects, contractors and clients.
As a hybrid team member, Inga works both remotely and from the office. When she’s in, she’s usually accompanied by her dog Lenny, the unofficial office mascot and everyone’s favourite four-legged colleague. ????
At CDC Engineering, we believe in developing the next generation of skilled engineers and fabricators. We regularly welcome students on work placements and apprentices into our team, giving them hands-on experience across design, fabrication, welding and site installation.
Working alongside our experienced professionals, they gain valuable industry knowledge while providing additional support across a wide range of projects. Many of our placements have gone on to pursue successful careers within the engineering and manufacturing sector.
